Recipe for Lentals with chorizo
2 jars of lentals
1 chorizo cut in to little coins or circles we use chorizo that has already been precooked
1 can of tomato sauce
3 cloves garlic minced
1 onion minced
Fry the onion until translucent about ten minutes. Add the garlic and cook for another minute or so. Add the cloves and chorizo and stir to combine. Cook for about five to ten minutes. When the chorizo is done, add the lentals and tomatoe sauce. Cook for about 20 minutes more.
