In this episode, I make this delicious out of this world cheesecake!! This recipe comes from my friend Cindy. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!!
1½ cups or 213 gr. crushed graham crackers 6 tablespoons or 86 gr. melted butter 4 8-ounce or 226 gram containers softened Cream cheese 4 eggs 1½ cups or 306 gr. sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 4 tablespoons or 30 gr. flour ½ cup or 118 ml. milk 1 16-ounce or 453 grams container sour cream
Procedure: Graham Cracker Crust 1 1/2 cups finely ground graham cracker crumbs 6 tablespoons butter, melted Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter or margarine, until well blended . Spray pan with cooking spray and line with parchment paper. Press mixture into an 10 inch spring form pan Filling Mix sugar and cream cheese together until soft and well blended. Add eggs one at a time and vanilla. Add milk or creamer and flour. Add sour cream last and mix until you have the consistency of frozen yogurt. Pour into spring form pan with graham cracker crust. Bake at 350 degrees F, or 175 Celsius for one hour. Leave in the oven with the door closed for one hour. Take out and let cool the rest of the way. I leave mine in the pan in the refrigerator for one day before I unmold the springform pan.
